Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that your return has been received and your refund has been approved.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also provide reason for exchange and alternative sizing details if applicable.
Shipping: To return or exchange your product, mail your item to: PO Box 19, Deakin West, ACT, 2600 Australia. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
